1. Acceptance of terms
By opening an account or using any part of the Mad Casino website or platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not open an account and do not deposit funds. These terms apply alongside any specific promotion terms published on the promotions page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal. You are responsible for confirming the legal position in your jurisdiction before opening an account. Mad Casino reserves the right to close any account opened by a person under the legal age or resident in a restricted territory.
3. Account opening and verification
Account opening requires a valid email address, a verifiable name and address, and a recognised payment method. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal under anti-money-laundering rules. Accepted documents are passport, photocard driving licence or national identity card for proof of identity, and a utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter or HMRC document dated within three months for proof of address.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits process instantly across all listed methods. Withdrawals run in two queues, a fast queue for e-wallets and cryptocurrencies and a standard queue for card and bank transfer. The platform reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification, including source-of-funds review where cumulative deposits exceed €3,000 in any ninety-day window.
5. Bonus eligibility
One bonus per household, IP address and payment method. Bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement and maximum bet limits stated in the bonus terms. 6. Game outcomes

8. Dispute resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mad Casino is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis and the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator's registration. Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable consumer right under United Kingdom consumer law.
